The Telecommunications Team Leader is responsible for the day‑to‑day running of the Switchboard and Telecommunication Services. These incorporate PABX/VoIP/Spectralink telephone services, MIE (Message Integration Engine) and Paging services, emergency communication and general telecommunication policies and procedures development and training. Selection Criteria Relevant qualification and/or experience in a Supervisor/Team Leader role. Relevant qualification and/or experience with Telecommunications technology. Demonstrated ability to operate in a busy Switchboard environment. Ability to carry out and assist in developing emergency/disaster procedures. Sound knowledge of computer software packages. Demonstrated ability to work a 24‑hour rotating roster and undertake on‑call responsibilities. Current NSW Driver’s Licence (P1 and P2 licence acceptable), and/or willingness to travel in accordance with the demands of the position.
