We are seeking an Onsite Account Manager to join a large-scale solar farm project located approximately 200km Southwest of Mackay. In this role, you will be based onsite, acting as the key liaison between our client and the workforce. Working on a rotating roster, you’ll have the option to reside in a fully maintained camp during your rostered shifts. Your responsibilities will include supporting daily workforce operations and ensuring the efficient delivery of staffing solutions in a dynamic, project‑focused environment. Responsibilities Client Engagement: Build strong relationships with the client to understand their workforce requirements and daily requirements. Candidate Management: Source, onboard, and support workers, ensuring roles are filled promptly with skilled candidates. Operational Oversight: Manage workforce schedules, monitor attendance, and address day‑to‑day challenges to ensure smooth operations. Compliance: Ensure all workforce members adhere to project‑specific regulations, including health and safety standards. Reporting: Provide regular updates to the client and internal teams, including recruitment progress, attendance records, and performance metrics. Problem‑Solving: Proactively address staffing issues, performance issues, or unexpected challenges on‑site. Safety: Support daily safety procedures, including morning pre‑start meetings, ensuring PPE compliance, and managing safety reporting. Incident Management: Facilitate incident investigation processes and assist with implementing injury management protocols. About You Proven experience in recruitment or related industries is preferred. Knowledge or experience in renewable energy, construction, or similar industries is highly desirable. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to build relationships and operate effectively in a client‑facing role. Knowledge of employment law, compliance, and health and safety standards. Resilience and adaptability to thrive in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment. Full driver’s licence.
