Role Seeking an experienced Medical Receptionist & Patient Services Administrator, fluent in Mandarin & English to join a friendly, high-performing team. You’ll provide front-line reception support, assist with new patient enquiries, and deliver personalised service to patients from first contact through to treatment. You’ll play a key part in ensuring patients receive clear communication, smooth coordination, and a warm, reassuring experience across multiple clinics. Key Responsibilities Deliver professional and welcoming front-of-house support for patients and visitors. Act as the main point of contact for Mandarin-speaking patients, providing clear interpretation and guidance throughout their fertility journey. Coordinate appointments and administrative support between doctors, nurses, and patient services teams. Maintain accurate patient information using CRM and practice management systems. Contribute to a culture of compassion, respect, and continuous improvement across the clinics. Essential Requirements Must be fluent in Mandarin and English at a Business level, both written and verbal. (Essential) Proven experience in medical reception, patient services, or customer-facing healthcare roles (Essential) Able to travel between multiple sites: Burwood, St Leonards area & Kogarah (Essential) Experience in fertility or specialist clinic settings (ideal) Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with a professional and empathetic approach.
