Membership Consultant 3 weeks ago – Be among the first 25 applicants Responsibilities: Dealing with warm, well-qualified leads, including repeat clients with established trust. Onboarding clients to Prosperity Capital and ensuring they sign up. Performing a needs analysis, developing a strategy, and creating an acquisition plan. Training clients on various property strategies such as buy and hold, subleasing/rental arbitrage (short-term & long-term), SDA/NDIS, land subdivisions, and super fund investments. Coordinating communication between the buyer's agent and the client, acting as a conduit to Prosperity Capital. Ensuring clients provide necessary documents like SMSF checklists and finance checklists. Connecting clients with brokers and SMSF accountants and coordinating finance broker releases for equity or pre-approvals. Booking and attending the initial meeting with the buyer's agent to ensure a smooth handover. Maintaining ongoing client relationships throughout the property acquisition and initial management phases. Ensuring clients are fully informed and supported. Qualifications: Sales experience in real estate; recent role in a Buyer's Agency is a plus. Strong communicator with a confident, engaging presence. Self‑motivated and results‑oriented.
