We support our people through a range of programs and initiatives, including: Partnerships with MATES in Construction to promote mental health and wellbeing A safety boot program to ensure you're equipped for the job Regular site BBQs and staff events to build connection and camaraderie A loyalty bonus program About the Role We’re seeking a motivated Construction Cadet to join our team and support the delivery of our townhouse projects across Brisbane, on either a part‑time or full‑time basis. Your time in this role will be split equally across our head office in Hemmant and on-site at our developments, allowing you to receive hands‑on exposure to all stages of the construction process - from estimating and procurement through to on‑site supervision and project delivery. Key Responsibilities: Assist the Construction Administration teams with document control and program management Support the preparation and issuance of pre‑construction estimating packages, purchase orders, bill of quantities and specifications Help prepare subcontractor and supplier agreements Assist in reviewing and processing subcontractor and supplier invoices Support the preparation of project financial and performance reports Collaborate with managers and site supervisors to ensure timely and accurate project delivery About You Our ideal candidate is enthusiastic, driven, and eager to build a career in the construction and development industry. Currently studying or recently completed a Bachelor of Construction Management or related discipline Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Excellent organisation and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities Keen attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem‑solving Exposure to construction‑related software and confidence using Microsoft Office A collaborative mindset and willingness to learn from experienced professionals Self‑motivated, with a genuine passion for quality and continuous improvement Ready to get started?
