What You’ll Be Doing As an Assistant in Nursing (AIN), you’ll work alongside a dedicated team of Registered Nurses to provide safe, compassionate, and person‑centred care to patients receiving dialysis. Your typical day includes: Setting up for patients’ dialysis treatments Providing care and comfort before, during, and after dialysis Supporting nursing staff in maintaining a safe, welcoming environment This is a hands‑on, fast‑paced role where your teamwork and empathy make a genuine difference in patients’ lives every day.
