About the Role As a Full‑Time Pharmacist, you will play a key role in ensuring safe, effective, and high‑quality pharmaceutical care. You will work alongside an experienced team of 4 other pharmacists to provide clinical advice, dispense medications, and deliver outstanding customer service. Key Responsibilities Webster care software for Aged Care and DAA services Z Software Dispense prescriptions accurately and efficiently Provide evidence‑based clinical advice and counselling to patients Conduct professional services such as MedsChecks, Vaccinations, DAAs, and HMR referrals (as applicable) Oversee pharmacy operations, stock management, and PBS compliance Work collaboratively with the pharmacy team to ensure smooth daily operations Maintain a high standard of customer care and medication safety Contribute to continuous improvement and quality initiatives What We’re Looking For Registered Pharmacist with AHPRA Strong clinical knowledge and commitment to patient‑centred care Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Attention to detail and strong organisational skills Previous community pharmacy experience preferred though new graduates are encouraged to apply What We Offer Competitive remuneration package based on experience Supportive and experienced team environment Opportunities for professional growth and further training Well‑organised pharmacy with modern technology and strong workflow Stable full‑time roster A workplace that values initiative, teamwork, and exceptional patient service #J-18808-Ljbffr
