About the Role We’re looking for a practical and technically minded Warehouse Coordinator to join our Melbourne team on a casual, part-time basis (approximately 20 hours per week). This is a hands‑on role where you’ll be responsible for coordinating warehouse operations — from order processing to inventory management — ensuring smooth and efficient flow of goods across Australia and New Zealand. You’ll work closely with our local and international teams, suppliers, and logistics partners to ensure timely and accurate dispatch, while maintaining a safe and organised warehouse environment. Key Responsibilities Receive, pick, pack, and dispatch whole goods and spare parts orders Process customer orders and packing slips in our ERP system (M3) Manage inventory accuracy through cycle counts and stock control Coordinate shipping documentation and deliveries (local and export) Liaise with suppliers, logistics, and internal teams to resolve order issues Operate warehouse equipment (e.g. forklifts, pallet wrappers) safely and efficiently Support finance and admin teams with ad‑hoc warehouse‑related tasks Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant workspace About You You’re a detail-oriented, hands‑on team player with a can‑do attitude and a keen interest in technology. You’re organised, proactive, and enjoy keeping things running smoothly. Skills & Experience Minimum 2 years’ experience in warehouse and/or order desk roles Experience with ERP systems (Infor M3 preferred) Strong computer literacy (MS Outlook, Excel, and Office Suite) Excellent communication and teamwork skills Valid working rights for Australia Forklift licence (highly regarded) Available to start immediately Why Lely?
