Talent Acquisition & People Coordinator is responsible for executing on recruitment strategies and documenting trends within respective labour markets of the assigned geographies. This role positively impacts business results through ongoing regional process improvement and the ability to effectively attract, assess and hire the best talent. This role will provide stakeholders with the highest level of service through the execution of recruitment solutions across multiple RB Global Brands across the APAC Region. In addition to Talent Acquisition, HR coordination & support with be provided to the People Partner in the Region. Key Responsibilities (include but are not limited to): Recruitment: Managing recruitment projects end to end including hiring manager needs identification and creation of position descriptions, correct cost allocation, interviews, pre-employment testing and completion of offers, through to end to end onboarding and collection of payroll documentation. Talent Network Management: Develops and maintains relationships with external market through networking, while continually sourcing top talent and acting as a brand ambassador. This will include managing multiple Recruitment Agency and Labour Hire Partners for casual workforce. HR Team Support and Adhoc Projects: Working on People projects, completing HR Administration, System updates & reporting, supporting the People Partner in HR duties as required. Recruiting for roles: From operations and yard staff, to Marketing, Finance, Sales and Management roles - a full spectrum of types of positions will be available to recruit for, with a heavy focus on Operational/Yard roles. Here’s what you bring: 3-5 years in-house or agency recruitment. Experience working internally for a global brand across multiple stakeholders considered a strong asset - and experience working Recruiting Yard staff, Automotive or Equipment Industry staff desirable. Experience working in HR - as Admin Support, Coordinator or HR Generalist/Advisor. Knowledge of interviewing best practices and techniques. Ability to recruit passive and active candidates for remote and multi-site locations. Understanding of hiring manager needs assessment concepts and processes. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and prioritizing stakeholder requests. Demonstrated ability to maintain strict confidentiality and judgment sufficient to handle sensitive employment issues.
