What you’ll do As an In Work Mentor in our team you’ll: Be on the ground, providing hands‑on coaching and guidance at the workplace. Build strong, supportive relationships with participants and employers. Create personalised retention plans that keep participants thriving at work. What you’ll bring (You’ll also need an NDIS Worker Screening Check and Orientation Module Certificate – but don’t worry, we’ll help guide you through this.) Experience in a customer service, retail, hospitality or employment support setting.
