What will you be doing? Develop solid relationships with both Participants and Employers in the provision of Work Supports Focus on Post Placement Support (PPS) for all Participants and FOE/Site Brokered Collaborate with Employment Engagement Consultants (EEC) who manage PPS for EEC-brokered claims in partnership with the In Work Support Mentor Maximise work retention in sustainable employment through timely supports and interventions Ensure each Outcome type is maximised for positive performance and revenue impacts Who are you? Proven experience in case management, customer service, sales, marketing and/or recruitment delivery Strong verbal and written communication skills Time‑management and organisational skills Ability to build appropriate rapport, find common ground and create trust Requirements A valid Police Check and Working with Children Check are mandatory requirements prior to commencement of employment.
