As an In Work Support Mentor, you will play a critical role in providing ongoing support to participants who have secured employment. Developing solid relationships with both Participants and Employers in the provision of Work Supports Focus on Post Placement Support (PPS) for all Participants and FOE/Site Brokered Employers. (Employment Engagement Consultants (EEC) manage PPS for EEC brokered claims in partnership with the In Work Support Mentor.) Maximizing work retention in sustainable employment via timely supports and interventions Ensuring that each Outcome type is maximized for positive performance and revenue impacts. Who are you? Proven experience in case management, customer service, sales, marketing and/or recruitment delivery Strong verbal and written communication skills Time management and organisational skills Builds appropriate rapport, can find common ground, creates trust A valid Police Check and Working with Children Check are mandatory requirements prior to commencement of employment.
