Locally owned and operated, our group includes Genesis Health + Fitness Lawnton and Windsor Clubs. Our Windsor club has recently undergone a full-club upgrade and offers high-quality facilities with large gym and functional training zones, 4 different group training studios, Coaching Zone, Reformer Pilates, sauna and steam room, and a kids club creche; we are the Club for everyone. The Opportunity: As a Member Sales Consultant at our Genesis Health + Fitness Windsor club, you will play an essential role in building and maintaining a thriving Genesis Health + Fitness Club. This is a full‑time role working a rotating Monday‑Saturday roster as a part of a dynamic and experienced team. The role is highly varied but has two clear goals – achieving membership growth goals through proactive sales and marketing activities, and retaining existing members through delivering high quality customer service. Key Responsibilities Proactively achieve your set individual sales budgets, as well as contribute to club sales budgets utilising the various sales promotions and referral campaigns Generating new leads and marketing opportunities through community outreach, business‑to‑business partnerships, and seeking referrals from new and existing members Contacting prospective members by executing structured phone call drives and booking appointments Facilitating club tours and sales presentations to prospective new members Active involvement in member retention activities Provide exceptional customer service and contribute to our overall member experience To be successful in this role you will need: Fitness Industry sales experience preferred Current First Aid & CPR certificates Ability to build rapport with a wide range of people with a desire to help people succeed in their goals Customer centric approach In return we offer you: Initial and ongoing training and support to develop your customer service, sales and leadership skills A rewarding uncapped commission structure 2 x complimentary Premium Genesis Health + Fitness memberships Apply: Submit your CV and cover letter via the 'Apply' button. #J-18808-Ljbffr
