Duty Manager - Prospect (SA) at ALDI Stores Australia Join us to drive sales, serve customers, and lead a team in a fast‑paced supermarket environment. You will be responsible for ensuring the store runs smoothly during your shift, supporting and guiding team members, handling customer inquiries, and working collaboratively as part of the store management team. With a commitment to quality products at low prices, ALDI focuses on sustainability, community impact and customer service. Responsibilities Opening and closing the store and supervising shifts. Offering feedback to the team that is clear, constructive and inspiring. Assisting in training and onboarding team members. Serving customers at the registers with a smile. Keeping shelves stocked with products to meet customer demand. Keeping a keen lookout for any incidents or hazards to maintain safety. Qualifications Use your initiative to manage and improve work quality and efficiency. Communicate effectively with colleagues at all levels. Exhibit professionalism, fairness and responsibility. Manage workload effectively, even when things heat up. Lead by example, promoting a positive team spirit. Offer consistently polite and courteous customer service.
