You'll bring energy, initiative, and an eye for detail to every shift, ensuring smooth operations and top-tier service. You’ll be responsible for: Supervising front-of-house and gaming teams Leading by example in service, compliance, and teamwork Ensuring smooth daily operations and guest satisfaction Handling cash, stock control, and venue reportingOverseeing hotel operations and compliance About You You’re a hospitality all-rounder with strong leadership potential and a passion for customer service. You’ll bring: Minimum 2 years’ experience in hospitality, with supervisory experience in F&B and gaming A positive attitude, great communication skills, and a strong sense of responsibility Excellent organisational and multi-tasking abilities Previous gaming experience essential – with knowledge of compliance and best practice TAB experience highly regarded (but not essential) You’ll need RSA and RP badge (Essential) Basic & Advanced Gaming Certificates (RSG 3) First Aid Certificates Food safety and WHS awareness Basic food-handling skills (not essential) How to Apply If you're ready to take the next step in your hospitality career, we want to hear from you Upload your resume and a cover letter outlining your experience, certificates, and availability.
