Job Title: Field Service Test EngineerLocation: Northampton, Northamptonshire.Salary / Benefits £25k – £40k + Training + Benefits Leading and established Clean Air company with a strong presence across the Midlands / Home Counties region. Due to continuous internal growth, they are now seeking to employ a Field Service Test Engineer. You will be working on predominantly Healthcare site bases, carrying out the testing and repair of contamination-controlled facilities in line with relevant Health & Safety legislations. Holding the P601 and / or Eastwood Park Training is desirable to the role, but tailored and structured training can be offered to the successful candidate. Due to the nature of the contracts, candidates must be happy to travel. Consideration will be given to candidates from: Bedford, Milton Keynes, Brackley, Bletchley, Cambridge, Luton, Aylesbury, St Albans, Hertford, Stevenage, Huntingdon, Peterborough, Wellingborough, Royal Leamington Spa, Coventry, Market Harborough, Corby, Leicester, Tamworth, Birmingham, Loughborough, Beeston, Coalville, Nottingham, Derby, and areas with good access to the M1 / Home Counties region. Experience & Qualifications Will ideally hold the P601 and / or Eastwood Park Training. Will be experienced working for an established Clean Air company. Excellent communication skills via phone / face-to-face / email. Excellent organisational skills. Able to demonstrate practical knowledge of relevant Health and Safety legislations. Experience working Healthcare sites. The Role Attending client site to test contamination-controlled facilities and environment. Undertaking remedial repairs on contamination-controlled facilities and environment, ensuring to repair any failures and non-conformances. Producing detailed report based on findings from site. Attending call outs in line with client / company needs. Liaising with the company’s administration team, providing technical support. Attending meetings in line with company / client requirements. Liaising with clients on a regular basis, providing technical support and dealing with any queries efficiently. Ensuring work companies with internal procedures and relevant Health & Safety guidelines. Checking all equipment is in safe working condition prior to carrying out jobs.
