Reporting to the Intelligence Analysis & Reporting Manager, this role plays a key part in enhancing Crown’s surveillance capabilities through advanced data analytics, reporting and intelligence insights.You’ll work closely with Surveillance and Technology/Data teams to design and implement robust analytics processes, support investigations and contribute to compliance reporting. This is a unique opportunity to apply your analytical expertise in a dynamic, high-stakes environment.Some responsibilities of the role will include, but are not limited to: Execute data analytics and visualisation activities to support Surveillance operations Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools Provide insights and recommendations on gaming patterns, investigations and workflow efficiencies Support Section 25 compliance reporting and other regulatory requirements Prepare analytical reports and communicate findings to internal stakeholders Coach team members and contribute to a culture of continuous learning Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, policies, and procedures About You You’re a curious and analytical thinker with a passion for uncovering insights through data.
