This is a unique opportunity to work alongside dedicated Timorese healthcare professionals to strengthen clinical capability and improve patient care within the national hospital system.Based at **Hospital National Guido Valadares**, you will collaborate closely with local nurses and midwives, providing side-by-side clinical coaching and supporting the delivery of capacity-strengthening programs across referral hospitals. This includes building the capability of Timorese caregivers and counterparts to effectively deliver the Learning and Development programs into the future.* Contribute to monitoring and evaluating program design and activities, including quantitative and qualitative reporting that demonstrates progress against strategic plans.We are seeking a dedicated and experienced healthcare professional who possesses a nursing or nursing and midwifery qualification and is eligible for registration to practice as a nurse or registered nurse midwife in Australia. You will have a minimum of five years’ experience in relevant technical areas such as Clinical Nursing (General Medical or Surgical), Learning and Development, Leadership, or Quality.Successful applicants must have a valid **drivers license** and **Working with Children** check.
