Opportunity We are seeking a diligent and experienced Educator and Facilitator to support two of our Residential Aged Care homes as a Workplace Educator. The role involves identifying, managing and facilitating the education, training and compliance needs across all areas of home operations – clinical, hospitality, laundry, cleaning and more – to enhance the performance of our residential aged care teams. Responsibilities Facilitate and deliver ongoing education and training to all employees, supporting compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards. Develop training calendars and plans aligning with maintaining high compliance levels. Coordinate and deliver induction and onboarding programmes for new employees. Conduct training needs analysis to identify gaps and develop learning plans. Support and mentor staff, fostering a positive and collaborative learning environment. Utilise blended learning methods and adult learning principles to maximise engagement and competency. Monitor and report on compliance with training and onboarding plans, escalating issues as required. Collaborate with managers, HR and clinical teams to ensure training aligns with organisational needs. Qualifications Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent. Registered Nurse (AHPRA registration) preferred but not essential. Demonstrated experience in delivering education and training programmes, ideally within residential aged care. Strong understanding of workplace health and safety, Aged Care Legislation and Quality Standards. Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. Willingness to travel to Orange approximately 1 day per week. Drivers Licence and vehicle – travel reimbursed.
