About The Role We are looking for an experienced Radiographer to join us in the Wagga Wagga Medical Imaging Department to provide a high-quality medical imaging service to MLHD patients to support the provision of optimal patient health outcomes. As this is casual employment this is the perfect opportunity to kick start your career in health within our supportive Radiology team. You will get the opportunity to work with state‑of‑the‑art technology and work across a range of modalities. As a Radiographer, You Will Be Responsible For Performing a wide range of Medical Imaging examinations Providing and managing a safe environment for all patients, staff and the public Assisting with prioritising the workload with respect to the competing demands for the provision of medical imaging services for both inpatients and outpatients. Our Ideal Candidate Will Hold a tertiary qualification in Medical Imaging, with MRS registration to AHPRA under the Medical Radiation Practice Board of Australia. Hold a current NSW EPA Radiation Licence. Have excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to liaise with department managers and staff, other hospital staff, private referrers, contracted agencies, patients and family members.
