The opportunity We are seeking an Office Manager with well-rounded interpersonal skills to take ownership the home’s administrative function, the roster management of multidisciplinary teams and recruitment coordination. You will empower and enhance the operations of the home by providing exceptional customer service to those you encounter in and around the home, ensure quality compliance to meet robust aged care policies and build trusted relationships with the leadership team.
