Is capable of responding to children’s individual interests and needs, using a flexible and child-led approach. Possesses strong Auslan skills, or is highly motivated to learn and develop fluency quickly. Has an up-to-date understanding of neurodiversity in children, and embraces inclusive, affirming practices. Supports a healthy, safe exploration of the local community as part of everyday learning and development. Requirements Have obtained or are working towards your Cert III, Diploma or higher in Early Childhood Education & Care OR have a Bachelor teaching degree in Primary Education and are registered with the teaching authority board of the relevant state. Be an experienced child care worker with at least 3 professional references. Have WWCC, Police Check, CPR and Level 2 First Aid. Have a car & driver's licence. Be willing to commit for at least 12 months. Full working rights in Australia.
