Role Description The Finance Business Partner will play a critical role in providing financial insights and strategic support to drive the growth and profitability of the organization. This position will act as a key liaison between the finance department and various business and functional units, including IT, supply chains, customer services, HR, and finance. The Finance Business Partner will be responsible for financial planning and analysis, budgeting and forecasting, performance monitoring, and ensuring compliance with internal controls and SOX requirements. By leveraging their financial expertise, the Finance Business Partner will help the organization make informed decisions, optimize costs, and achieve its strategic objectives. Qualifications Expertise in Financial Planning and Business Planning Strong Analytical Skills and the ability to perform in-depth financial analysis Proficiency in Finance and Financial Reporting High level of accuracy and attention to detail Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business success Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field CPA/CA required Prior experience in a finance or business analyst role preferred Knowledge of the sports or outdoor industry is an advantage Seniority Level Entry level Employment Type Full-time Job Function Finance and Sales Industries: Retail Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Amer Sports by 2x #J-18808-Ljbffr
