Our wide range of services includes in‑home assistance, transport support, nursing care, and home modifications – all designed to promote independence and enhance daily living for our clients. Key Responsibilities Providing one‑on‑one in‑home support to clients with daily living activities such as washing, dressing, grooming, meal preparation, and transport assistance. Supporting community participation, social activities, and outings. Assisting with domestic tasks, including cooking, cleaning, and shopping. Encouraging independence and self‑confidence through tailored support programmes. Reporting and recording client information in line with NDIS requirements. Supporting clients with hoist transfers and manual handling as required. Completing both police check and NDIS worker screening clearances before commencing work. About You Knowledge and awareness of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS). Experience with behaviour management, hygiene care, hoist/manual handling, and community engagement. Minimum of 6 months experience in disability or aged care services. A warm, caring nature and a genuine interest in helping others. Strong communication, time management, and organisational skills. The ability to work independently and as part of a team. A client‑focused, safety‑first approach with attention to confidentiality and professionalism. Certificate III in Individual Support qualification is mandatory for this position. Valid work visa or Australian work rights are required. Desirable Attributes Enjoyment in social activities and cooking. Experience in assisting individuals with physical limitations. Positive, proactive attitude and emotional resilience. Location We are hiring across Melbourne, with priority locations including: Frankston, Dandenong, Mornington Peninsula, Mount Evelyn, South Melbourne, Rowville, Pakenham, Southbank, Surrounding suburbs.
