Role Overview As our IT team expands, we introduce a newly created Infrastructure Lead to oversee the strategic direction and operational excellence of our cloud‑based infrastructure. The role ensures reliability, security, and scalability of technology platforms, leads a high‑performing team, and drives continuous improvement. Responsibilities Deliver infrastructure operations across cloud platforms, ensuring reliability and scalability. Oversee technical support operations, including installation, configuration, and maintenance of technology solutions. Maintain and enhance networking infrastructure, drive SaaS adoption, and oversee system administration. Manage vendor relationships and procurement of hardware and services. Implement and oversee security controls, support compliance and audit activities. Lead, mentor, and develop direct reports, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. Skills and Experience 5+ years of experience in leading infrastructure or cloud operations, with expertise in Azure, AWS, and Microsoft 365 administration, and hands‑on skills in Microsoft SQL management. Strong cybersecurity, system administration, and data integration skills, with hands‑on experience in Fortinet networking products. Strong leadership and communication, capable of mentoring and developing a team. Analytical, detail‑oriented, and adept at holistic thinking and process understanding. Standard Week During a typical week you will focus on operations across cloud platforms, support functions, network management, vendor procurement, security implementation, and team development.
