Duck Creek Policy Tech Lead

Duck Creek Policy Tech Lead Lead end-to-end technical delivery of Duck Creek Policy implementations and enhancements. Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand policy-related requirements. Design and develop product models, rating algorithms, and business rules using Duck Creek Author and Manuscript. Oversee configuration, integration, and deployment activities across environments. Ensure code quality, performance optimization, and adherence to architectural standards. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during development, testing, and production. Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to the team. Coordinate with QA teams to validate policy functionality and support UAT. Stay updated on Duck Creek platform enhancements and recommend improvements. Qualifications Expertise in P&C insurance Claims\policy lifecycle including quoting, issuance, endorsements, and renewals Experience with Duck Creek OnDemand (DCOD) and SaaS delivery models Proficiency in .NET, XML, XSLT, and web services / API integration Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices Excellent problem-solving and communication skills What We Offer You At Xceedance, you will discover the possibility to exceed yourself and grow persistently with us.
