About You You’re a passionate software engineer who enjoys solving complex problems and delivering high‑quality solutions that make a difference. You balance strong technical skills with curiosity, adaptability, and a collaborative mindset. You’ll Ideally Bring A strong passion for software development and continuous learning Solid experience with C#/.NET, including its core tools, frameworks, and libraries Strong front‑end web development experience using React or similar SPA frameworks and libraries Knowledge of mobile app development (hybrid or native) – this is a strong bonus, but not mandatory Experience implementing automated testing practices Working knowledge of cloud‑based infrastructure (Azure or AWS) Confidence in applying Agile software delivery principles and experience working as part of an Agile team Experience building automated CI/CD pipelines A background in consulting or working with diverse stakeholders in customer‑facing environments Experience with (or a willingness to learn and use) AI‑assisted development tools such as GitHub, Copilot Life at Versent We’re a diverse team of motivated humans who think outside the box and strive to deliver what others might consider impossible.
