About the Opportunity We’re seeking a creative, detail‑driven Senior Graphic Designer to join our fast‑paced Marketing team in Cremorne. Reporting to our Brand Manager, you’ll take a hands‑on role in designing, innovating and producing high‑quality creative assets across Kokoda’s corporate, property and hospitality portfolio. You’ll work across brand identity, digital design, print collateral, campaigns, social content, display suites, external communications and event collateral, ensuring all creative output reflects Kokoda’s premium visual standards. This role is ideal for a designer who thrives in a creative, high‑energy environment and is excited to contribute to the visual storytelling behind some of Australia’s most design‑led developments. What You’ll Do Design & Creative Production Design, layout and format marketing and communications materials across the organisation Produce high‑quality creative content for both print and digital channels Deliver on‑brand visual work that reflects Kokoda’s design standards and aesthetic Brainstorm and develop new creative concepts and design directions Stakeholder Collaboration Meet with internal stakeholders to clarify briefs and interpret design requirements Develop strategies to deliver clear, impactful visual communication to defined audiences Digital & Print Design Design and produce brochures, sales manuals, event collateral, signage, presentations and advertising Create digital assets for website, social media, EDMs, online campaigns and digital applications Support production for both local and international expos Brand, Website & Social Maintain and develop design style guides across corporate and project brands Assist with Kokoda Property & Real Estate social channels and content uploads Assist with website content management and design updates Manage printing requirements, ensuring deadlines, quality and budget alignment Assist with design for display suites and associated material Content & Research Support photography, videography and content creation as required Conduct competitor and market research to inform branding and creative decisions Assist with copywriting for marketing and communications materials About You You’re creative, technically skilled and energised by producing high‑quality, design‑led work. You understand how visual communication, brand consistency and storytelling come together to elevate premium developments. You’ll also bring: 3+ years experience in graphic design within property, architecture, lifestyle, creative agency or a similar field Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud — Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign (mandatory) Experience producing both digital and print collateral to a high standard A strong portfolio showcasing refined, contemporary and brand‑led design Comfort working in a fast‑paced environment with tight deadlines and shifting priorities Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail Ability to interpret briefs, communicate clearly and collaborate with diverse stakeholders Confidence managing suppliers, printers, photographers and other creative partners Basic copywriting skills and a strong understanding of visual communication principles Proactive, solutions‑focused mindset with initiative and follow‑through A passion for luxury design, branding and architecture Why Join Us?
