Senior Consultant (Digital Strategy & Transformation) In this senior consultant role, you will be joining the Digital Strategy & Transformation team that’s doubling down on customer obsession. Responsibilities Lead the generation of digital strategy and insights to guide priorities and investment in driving customer and colleague outcomes at NAB. Influence at senior levels through grounded and data driven insights and recommendations. Engage across customer, product and commercial conversations to lead with a point of view of the core priorities for NAB. Synthesise findings and develop compelling, structured business presentations that clearly articulate recommendations. Partner with colleagues across the digital domain as well as external Business Units to ensure strategy aligns with core digital priorities. Develop a detailed understanding of the banking industry and trends, including implications for NAB. Lead with a point of view on the core customer priorities and the digital capability to meet those priorities which NAB should invest time and money to deliver. Form multiyear roadmaps to meet customer and commercial objectives with a view on sequencing and where to start. Synthesize multiple sources of information to create compelling corporate storytelling and visual PowerPoints. Qualifications Proven experience in a consulting or corporate role driving strategy and insights to influence priorities and milestones. Banking and Financial Services industry knowledge with an understanding of core products and customer needs. Experience in commercial and technical conversations. Proven track record in transforming business priorities through commercial and customer lead insights. Strong PowerPoint and visual storytelling skills.
