Senior Mental Health Clinician - Community Mental Health Location: Multiple Western Health Sites (not yet determined) Employment Type: Ongoing, Full Time Salary: RPN4 / OT3 / SW3 / P3 (Open to Multiple Disciplines) + Superannuation + Salary Packaging About the Role Western Health’s Mental Health and Wellbeing Service is recruiting Senior Mental Health Clinicians to join our community teams across three key functions; Intake, Intensive Support Program (ISP), Acute Community Intervention Service (ACIS) and Case Management. In these roles, you will provide advanced assessment, intervention and care coordination for consumers with complex needs. You will support safe clinical decision-making, contribute to team capability and deliver high-quality, recovery-oriented care. We are seeking experienced clinicians with strong clinical judgement, excellent communication skills and a commitment to collaborative practice. A solid understanding of the Mental Health and Wellbeing Act 2022 and experience in public mental health is essential.
