About the Role As a Health & Safety Advisor (Consultant) , you’ll play an essential role in helping our clients strengthen their safety systems and culture. You’ll work across a diverse mix of industries, balancing site work, office work and work‑from‑home flexibility. This role allows you to build new skills, deepen your expertise, and take ownership of meaningful work. You will: Facilitate workplace risk assessments end‑to‑end Conduct WHS audits (desktop and onsite) Develop HSMS documentation including policies, procedures and management plans Complete Contractor Management Plans and prequalification assessments Support incident investigations and safety reviews Analyse safety data and prepare high‑quality reports Provide onsite WHS advisory support and build strong client relationships This is a varied, fast‑paced, rewarding consulting role where no two days look the same. You’ll be supported, mentored and trusted as you grow.
