We are seeking a skilled Workshop Manager to lead our high‑performing team, lead and manage all workshop operations, including scheduling, workflow, staffing and workshop financials and uphold the quality standards our customers expect. This is not your normal automotive workshop. Anything from a Hilux to F550 Superduty, there is no other workshop like it in the world To work with us, we’re looking for: Lead and manage all workshop operations, including scheduling, workflow, staffing and workshop financials Liaise with the sales team to understand the customers needs. Provide hands‑on technical guidance and mentorship to workshop mechanics and apprentices. Implement and maintain workshop safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment. Coordinate with clients and suppliers to manage job requirements, parts ordering, and service delivery. Monitor and maintain workshop equipment and tools to optimise productivity.
