People & Culture Business Partner – QLD Estia Health, a community dedicated to enriching lives through aged care, is looking for a People & Culture Business Partner to support staff across our Queensland homes. Join a team of over 14,000 employees working together to enrich the lives of our residents. About the role As the face of the People & Culture team, you will coach front‑line leaders, advise on complex people matters, and drive culture initiatives across a portfolio of homes. The role blends coaching, strategy, and operational support in a diverse, fast‑paced environment. Core responsibilities Lead people & culture initiatives aligned with the broader people strategy Leverage talent management experience to drive culture and retention Train, coach and develop employees at all levels to build leadership capability Take a balanced, pragmatic, human‑centred approach to complex industrial relations and employee relations matters Interpret and apply industrial instruments correctly Collaborate on projects to embed People & Culture initiatives into operations and ensure success and sustainability of new practices Act as a valued partner to stakeholders with an adaptable style that builds strong, trusted relationships Traits that will help you succeed Pragmatic approach and curiosity to understand issues beyond the surface level Genuine care for people and a commitment to doing the right thing Experience as a P&C/HR Business Partner in a shared‑service model Capability in coaching and developing leaders to create thriving workplace cultures Ability to create positive relationships and influence across a broad range of stakeholders Expertise in navigating complex employee relations matters within a best‑practice framework Comfort working in a fast‑paced, often ambiguous environment Willingness to travel as required for operational duties and team development What's in it for you?
