About the Role We are seeking an experienced ICT Infrastructure Specialist to manage and maintain Opal Healthcare’s ICT infrastructure and services. In this role, you will work in an agile environment alongside a collaborative team responsible for the design, implementation, and administration of both on‑premise and cloud infrastructure. You will play a key role in delivering technical solutions, performing proactive maintenance, and building strong relationships with stakeholders including local and remote users, senior management, and external vendors. This position reports directly to the Head of ICT and works closely with End User Services, Applications, and Project Delivery teams. Key Responsibilities Support, implement, and enhance central infrastructure, network, cloud, and systems. Perform continuous upgrades of firmware, software, and hardware across all infrastructure systems. Document design, operations, and troubleshooting procedures for technology platforms. Manage day‑to‑day operations of server, network, and cloud technologies. Act as a technical consultant for projects and business‑as‑usual requests. Stay current with infrastructure trends and mentor junior ICT staff. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver high‑quality solutions. About You Technical Skills & Experience 3+ years deploying, configuring, and supporting M365 environments. 3+ years managing Windows Server infrastructure (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policies). Certifications in Azure, M365, or Microsoft Security (highly regarded). Proficiency with PowerShell scripting. Experience with File, Print, Radius, PKI/Certificate management. Knowledge of firewall products (Fortinet, Meraki, Cisco). VMware administration experience. CCNA or equivalent certifications (highly regarded). Personal Attributes ITIL background for Change/Incident/Problem management. Excellent verbal and written communication. Ability to build relationships across teams.
