In this role, you'll: Oversee program management of the portfolio, project allocation and prioritisation, establishing governance across the Enablement program portfolio and guiding stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery of the TAM (Transport Asset Manager NSW) & Motorways initiatives. Be responsible for successful delivery of the TAM & Motorways projects, ensuring alignment with TfNSW strategic priorities, legislative requirements, and whole-of-government reform directions. Manage compliance with public sector governance frameworks, and effective coordination of cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders. Lead a team (direct and indirect) to drive business outcomes and contributes to the development of the Centre of Excellence (COE) fostering collaboration to enhance project capability. You will also provide coaching and mentorship to leaders and project professionals, promoting continuous learning. Oversee project governance, methodology and assurance, and ensure they align with the portfolio framework and project delegations. Ensure program outcomes are delivered in alignment with established process frameworks and set portfolio standards. For more information on this position and business unit, view the role description and . About you Deep understanding of TAM & Motorways strategy. Sound understanding of key project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall. Demonstrated leadership in delivering program management. Experience leading matrixed teams to deliver the associated project elements, including but not limited to change management, process improvement, and strategic planning and execution within a complex and constrained environment. Advanced stakeholder engagement and communication skills in a government context Tertiary qualifications in business or a related field, or demonstrated, equivalent professional experience.
