The Role As an F&I Business Manager, you’ll play a critical role in helping our customers secure the best financial products and services to suit their unique needs. You will work closely with our sales team to deliver an outstanding end‑to‑end customer experience, from initial enquiry to finalising finance and insurance options. The Finance and Insurance Business Manager also works with financial leaders so your ability to build and maintain relationships is a must. Your range of duties Maintaining relationships within the Vehicle sales departments that will ensure all customers are referred to the Finance and Insurance department Providing support to the Vehicle sales team with information on finance and lease programs, the benefits of the dealership's financing Provide customers with tailored finance and insurance solutions, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements Manage and maximize the profitability of F&I products Work closely with the sales team to assist in closing deals and ensuring a seamless delivery of our customers vehicles Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to generate repeat business Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge to offer the best advice Deliver high-level customer service, ensuring all clients leave with a positive experience Ability to work under pressure and maintain accuracy The successful applicant will possess: A customer centric attitude with a focus to deliver the ultimate customer experience A personal drive to delivery outstanding results Strong negotiation and closing skills Proven ability to build rapport and foster successful relationships The ability to work autonomously High level of computer literacy An organised and motivated approach to work n> Punctual, reliable and flexible Proven experience as an F&I Business Manager in the automotive industry is ideally what we seek Strong knowledge of finance, insurance products, and compliance standards Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A team player who thrives in a fast‑paced, high-performance environment Why Join Us?
