Overview We have an incredible opportunity for a passionate, self‑motivated individual to join our Payroll team based at our Fremantle Office. Reporting to the Payroll Supervisor, this role is ideal for someone starting their career in Payroll who’s eager to learn and develop hands‑on experience in payroll processing, compliance, and employee support. This role is a full‑time 12‑month fixed‑term contract. About Us The Craig Mostyn Group is a leading food and agribusiness that has operated over the past 100 years across Australia. Our Values FAMILY: Family values are at the heart of who we are INTEGRITY: We always try to do what’s right COLLABORATION: We are one team CURIOUSITY: We’re open minded and want to learn Key Responsibilities Maintenance of employee and system records Processing time and attendance data Assist with processing weekly payrolls and regular compliance payments Liaising with internal and external stakeholders Assist with system reconciliations Preparation of regular payroll reports About You Previous administration experience Excellent organisation and time management skills Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office including Excel Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team Benefits Competitive Pay: We offer remuneration competitive with current market rates.
