This position plays a key role in this growing company following the launch of our game changing technology into the global gold mining industry. We are a fast-growing business with our detectORE™ products now sold into more than 35 countries on five continents. We were awarded “Overall Winner – Western Australia Innovator of the Year, 2023”. We have solid support from investors and the global gold industry. We are searching for an experienced marketing and communications specialist to join our team of high performing professionals to manage and develop our marketing and communications platform for continued rapid growth. Responsibilities Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives Create and manage content across various platforms, including social media, email marketing, and website content Interpret and predict current and future consumer/market trends to ensure the business marketing is aligned accordingly Collaborate with internal teams to create marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and presentations Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth Analyse data to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly Manage and maintain the company's website, ensuring that it is up-to-date and user-friendly Build and maintain relationships with media outlets and other external partners Arrange, manage and promote our corporate events to ensure they are appropriate, interactive and value add for our clients and team. Ensure we communicate effectively and efficiently with our clients to increase their knowledge and involvement The ideal candidate has an ability to translate data and research into actionable marketing plans that inform branding and campaign development. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field 2+ years of experience in marketing and communications Strong written and verbal communication skills Experience with social media management and email marketing platformsAbility to work independently and as part of a team Strong project management skills Creative problem-solving skills Previous experience working within the exploration and/or mining industry. #J-18808-Ljbffr
