We’re on the lookout for a Casual Chef to join our team at our fully licenced Driftwood Restaurant , at the Ingenia Rivershore Holiday Park. Driftwood Restaurant at Ingenia Rivershore Holiday Park offers a relaxed coastal dining experience, where fresh ingredients and great service come together to create memorable meals for holidaymakers and locals alike. Oversee food ordering, rotation, and storage to maintain freshness and efficiency. Champion a clean, safe, and well‑organized kitchen environment. Collaborate with your team, contribute ideas, and help foster a positive kitchen culture. Adhere to WHS standards and handle equipment and chemicals responsibly. You’re Likely a Match If You Hold relevant chef qualifications, food safety certification, and HACCP knowledge. Have proven experience in busy kitchens, with strong cost management and composure under pressure. Are clear, collaborative, and open to feedback. Are comfortable with the physical demands of a fast‑paced kitchen. Are confident in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety. You’re someone who brings energy, ideas, and a genuine passion for making a difference. You love working with people, solving problems, and creating moments that matter.
