We’re on the lookout for a Water Park Attendant to join our team at our Rivershore Holidays site. Imagine working where the Maroochy River meets the Sunshine Coast, surrounded by nature, close to stunning beaches, and just minutes from vibrant coastal attractions. At Ingenia Holidays Rivershore , you’ll enjoy a relaxed riverside setting while helping guests create unforgettable holiday memories. Reporting to the Park Manager, you’ll play a key role in welcoming guests and ensuring everybody entering the Water Park have correct wrist bands for entry, helping us deliver exceptional experiences for our guests and residents, and having fun while doing it This position is casual, with extra hours able to be picked up during peak seasons / part time. Why You’ll Love Life at Ingenia We believe work should be rewarding, flexible, and full of perks: Staff discounts on Ingenia Holiday Parks, with savings that can go beyond 50% Employee referral, employee of the month, and employee of the year rewards Flexible work schedules to suit your lifestyle In this Role, You’ll Greet guests and ensure correct wristbands are worn upon entry Monitor guest behaviour and enforce waterpark rules Maintain cleanliness of the waterpark area, including tables, bins, and gardens Report issues such as parking, cleaning needs, or safety concerns to Reception Support team communication and follow WHS procedures, escalating emergencies as needed You’re Likely a Match If You Hold a current First Aid certificate and Working with Children check Have strong customer service and cross-department communication Are able to work independently, make decisions, and raise concerns confidently Are physically capable of occasional lifting, cleaning, and pool assistance Bring a positive, enthusiastic attitude to the team You’re someone who brings energy, ideas, and a genuine passion for making a difference. You love working with people, solving problems, and creating moments that matter.
