Working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team you will be responsible for improving the overall quality, accurateness and completeness of patient medical records and clinical documentation.**About our hospital:**St Vincent's Private Hospital Toowoomba is the largest acute private hospital on the Darling Downs.
