This is a rare and exciting opportunity for a Senior Theatre Manager or Nurse Leader ready to take the next step into a Director of Nursing position. Overseeing a premium day surgery facility, you'll be supported by an experienced executive team and empowered to lead a highly skilled clinical workforce. This is a long-term leadership opportunity where you'll play a key role in shaping the growth strategy and continuing to raise the bar in surgical excellence. The Role As the Director of Nursing, you will provide hands‑on clinical leadership, strategic oversight, and operational management of the surgical unit on site. Your expertise in perioperative care, along with a proactive approach to clinical governance, quality improvement, and staff mentoring, will ensure best practice standards are maintained across every aspect of the patient journey. This is an opportunity to make a genuine impact-build on an already outstanding service and driving continuous improvement across all areas of care.
