Customer Service Representative

Opportunities with us are for the taking Key Responsibilities Be the first and key point of contact for our customers; Create and maintain excellent customer relationships; Process customer orders and/or enquires; Corporate customer and Peters Ice-Cream support; Setting up new customer accounts; Banking; Perform administrative and general office tasks as required. Key Competencies, Skills and Qualifications Excellent communication and organisational skills including telephone manner; Previous call centre experience preferably in the food service industry; Capable of working under pressure in an exciting team environment.
