Our massive Ravenhall showroom is the largest fitness equipment showroom in Australia , and we are continuing to grow rapidly. We are now looking for an enthusiastic, motivated, and reliable In-Store Sales Assistant to join our team — someone eager to learn, passionate about fitness, and ready to help us deliver an exceptional customer experience. About the Role This is a hands‑on position combining in-store sales , customer service , and showroom presentation . You will be working directly with customers, keeping the showroom in top condition, and supporting our sales team. What You’ll Be Doing Assist customers in-store with product information and recommendations Drive sales through face‑to‑face and phone enquiries Maintain the presentation and cleanliness of the showroom Update product displays and signage Respond to customer enquiries via email and online chat Keep the showroom organised and looking professional at all times Learn our systems, procedures, and product range What We’re Looking For Eager to learn and able to follow procedures Energetic and positive, with a genuine interest in fitness Confident communicating with customers in person, over the phone, and online Calm, polite, and professional under pressure Reliable and self‑motivated, able to complete tasks without constant supervision Physically capable of moving gym equipment safely Work Schedule Saturday work is essential (our busiest day) You may choose time off during the week or additional pay for Saturday shifts Full‑time hours available with long‑term job security Why Join Us?
