We’re seeking an experienced Bitumen Sprayer Operator to join a dedicated team working on regional road infrastructure projects in Narrandera. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with the right skills and licenses to step into a stable role with a high potential for extension. Location & Working Details Location: Narrandera, NSWStart Date: ASAPDuration: 3 months (with strong likelihood of extension)Hours: 8.5-hour days | 9-day fortnight Mandatory Requirements White Card WOF (Working on Foot) HC Licence or above Dangerous Goods Licence Police check (arranged by Chandler Macleod) Desirable (or willing to obtain) Traffic Controller (TC) ticket Key Responsibilities Operate truck-mounted bitumen spray plant safely and efficiently Perform a range of manual tasks using powered and non-powered tools Conduct safety checks and basic maintenance on plant equipment Maintain accurate records and reports Solve routine problems and elevate complex issues as needed Lead small teams and support team development Follow WHS and environmental procedures to ensure safe and compliant work practices Ensure work meets quality standards and specifications Key Challenges Navigating a wide range of workplace policies and procedures Collaborating effectively in a team environment to meet project goals If you’re a safety‑conscious operator with the right credentials and a strong work ethic, we’d love to hear from you.
