Director (School Transport Program)

Some of your responsibilities will include:Strategic Direction: Developing and maintaining a strategic framework to measure school transport benefits and achievement of objectives while delivering key program initiatives, maintaining governance frameworks and identifying emerging risks affecting the School Transport Program.Policy, Contract and Business Improvement: Identifying and actioning opportunities for improvement in the delivery of school transport services, including changes to policy, legislation, contracts and processes, through working collaboratively with relevant internal and external stakeholders.Communication and Collaboration: Actively engage with stakeholders (including delivery partners and peak bodies) to share information, overcome challenges and leverage opportunities to improve school transport outcomes.Leadership:Building and leading a cohesive, engaged and high performing team who achieves results and leading and coordinating project teams across multiple business areas. Undertaking management functions including business planning, financial management and governance responsibilities to deliver a responsive and efficient service to the community.Applications will remain current for 12 months.Further information
