About the Role We’re seeking an experienced Employee Relations / Industrial Relations Specialist to join our team at Manpower. In this pivotal role, you’ll manage ER / IR matters involving our labour hire workers across the organisation, ensuring compliance with Australian employment legislation and providing expert advice to internal stakeholders. You’ll handle straightforward cases, assist with complex matters, and educate consultants on employment law and best practices. Key Responsibilities Provide expert advice on employee relations, including workplace policies, misconduct, and grievances. Manage simple ER / IR cases and assist with complex industrial relations matters. Draft compliant documentation and correspondence for ER / IR issues. Assess roles for correct Award classification and maintain up-to-date knowledge of legislation. Educate and support consultants on ER / IR case management and employment law. Deliver training and share legislative updates and industry trends. Identify and implement process improvements to streamline HR and ER / IR practices. What We’re Looking For Strong understanding of Australian HR legislation, Modern Awards and industrial instruments. Proven HR qualifications and experience managing diverse ER / IR matters. Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels. Ability to manage multiple priorities and take initiative in solving complex issues. Why Join Us?
