Production Operator - Rotating Shift - Ingleburn, NSW Join CSR Limited as a Production Operator – Rotating Shift in Ingleburn, NSW. About The Role Production Operator – Full‑time position based at Ingleburn, NSW. Reporting to the Line Manager, you will operate automated production machinery to manufacture high‑quality insulation. You will be a critical member of the team, participate in process improvement activities and safety projects, and work across a day‑and‑night roster. A current forklift licence is required. Shift Pattern 4 days on / 4 days off, 12‑hour shifts. Day (7am–7pm) and night (7pm–7am) rotate. Responsibilities Operate machinery and ensure materials are produced to commercial standard, performing quality checks as required. Identify and report equipment and product faults. Unload and stage products. Identify risks and hazards, contributing to quality improvement initiatives. Maintain housekeeping and related duties. Drive forklift and complete pre‑start checklists. Qualifications Current forklift licence. Strong commitment to safe work practices. Excellent communication skills and engaging attitude. Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment. High attention to detail, mechanical mindset and troubleshooting ability. Computer literacy. Experience in a similar high‑volume, continuous manufacturing environment desirable.
