The Roles We're hiring 1x Permanent Recruitment Consultant and 1x Temporary Recruitment Consultant to join our high-performing team on Collins Street. In these roles, you'll manage end‑to‑end recruitment services for loyal clients and talent across key sectors. What you'll do Build and nurture strong client and candidate relationships. Deliver high‑impact recruitment solutions for permanent or temporary needs of our partners. Drive business development and networking opportunities. Engage and manage strong talent pools of customer experience talent seeking career opportunities through networking, sourcing, and database management. Create content and manage advertising and social media channels. About You Extensive 360‑degree Recruitment Agency experience is highly desirable. You have a genuine passion for the industry and the impact of recruitment across multiple industry sectors. Excellent relationship building and networking skills. Business Development experience that allows you to hit the ground running and grow your business. Systems savvy, you know the impact of well‑maintained data and how it supports the delivery of recruitment solutions. You are a strong communicator with exceptional interpersonal skills, who knows how to have fun, whilst getting the job done. You are super energised and love a busy collaborative team environment.
