Talent Solutions is looking for an RPO Talent Acquisition Business Partner (12 month maternity leave contract commencing February 2026) to work on site with our client, Northrop Grumman (NGA), you will be based in Brisbane. About the Role Reporting to the RPO Delivery Team Leader, we are currently seeking an experienced, solutions focused, consultative Engineering and or Defence Talent Acquisition Partner. You will be responsible for managing the end‑to‑end recruitment of Northrop Grumman’s defence roles. This is a multi‑hat role that will have you undertake day‑to‑day recruitment activities along with brainstorming creative sourcing strategies, providing market insights to your Hiring Manager community and supporting them through the recruitment process. Key Responsibilities As a valued member of the Talent Acquisition team your key responsibilities will include : End‑to‑end internal recruitment including requisition management of your roles, ATS maintenance, nurturing niche talent pools, attend job briefs, write adverts, in depth proactive sourcing, phone screening, long listing, interviewing, process pre‑employment checks) offers and raising contracts You will manage your own portfolio (so this a great opportunity for you to own your portfolio) and partner with your internal stakeholders What are we looking for in you?
